If for any reason you are not happy with your shoes, or If your sandals are not fitting properly, we want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience wearing them. We are committed to providing high-quality footwear and excellent customer service, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

1. Notification: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 24-72 hours of receiving your shoes. We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges after this time period.

2. Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. If there was a mix-up from our end, we will bear the cost of the exchange.

3. Condition: The item(s) must be in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. To ensure that the item(s) meet these criteria, we may ask you to provide a picture or video of the item(s) before we process the exchange.

4. Timeframe: All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

5. Refunds: For you to request for a refund, all the given criteria must be met and the items must be returned. Return will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
